We understand more than most that every goal is worth chasing, and no idea is too unrealistic. At Our Invisible Empire, creativity is welcomed, ambition is scouted, communication is expected, and Execution is everything! As a small family business, we started our journey with the Our Invisible Empire team in 2020 when we found ourselves stuck, with first generation owners wanting to retire and the business in place that wasn’t affording the old guard to leave and the new to take over.
After much time spent diving into the nuances of our business and our industry, we were ablet to strip back the years of bandages and stop gaps and come up with a real plan to help everyone move forward to the places they wanted to be. Decisions were not always easy, but the OIE team always kept their objectivity and presented scenarios to the team that allowed us to make the business decisions that put the business first and the individual needs second… but, still allowed those individual needs to be addressed.
Our relationship with OIE has helped us modernize processes, refocus our attention, and look to new areas where we will be able to grow in the future.
